Whistleblowing Procedure

Welcome to the whistleblower channel of SFL (a Colonial Group company), which is open to all employees, former employees, candidates, shareholders, executives, external and occasional staff and other SFL stakeholders.

The purpose of this channel is to report any breaches of current legislation or of the ethical values upheld by SFL and the Colonial Group.

It is not a form for submitting requests for information, which should continue to be sent via the usual channels.

Use of the form is governed by a procedure designed to ensure that whistleblowers acting in good faith are protected against any form of reprisal.

Personal information collected via this whistleblower channel will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act 78-17 as amended, as well as with the applicable recommendations of the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL).
